Lust In Denial
Claude Frollo, the main antagonist of Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame is a great description of lust and the dangers of this deadly sin. This deeply religious man is plagued by the sexual desire for a woman that goes against his all of his beliefs, a gypsy named Esmeralda. His extreme lust for her body is against his religion, and at several points in the movie he exclaims that either she will be his alone or she will perish. This intense lust completely consumes him and creates a monster that uses his religion to justify his evil actions throughout the film.
Jessica Rabbit; The Temptress
Although not a true Disney film, Who Framed Roger Rabbit is a movie that was made by Touchstone, a Disney production company. This film contains a character that is the object of lust by many male characters, a human named Jessica Rabbit. This female character is extremely sultry, and the male characters in the film, especially her husband Roger, are seemingly obsessed with her sensuality. The deadly sin of lust is extremely apparent whenever Jessica Rabbit appears in a Disney film.
